This shelf is for the pair that gets sat on. TR90 is a nylon that flexes back to shape, the temple tips are rubber so the frame stays put when you sweat, and the whole thing weighs less than the case it ships in. The retro rectangle is the two-pair answer to the same problem: one for the car, one for the bag, in matte black with a second pair in red or blue mirror. Will the GQUEEN TR90 frame survive being sat on?

Better than any other frame here. TR90 is a nylon that bends and comes back, the hinges are reinforced alloy, and the temple tips are rubber. It is the frame we would hand to someone who has broken three pairs, and it is also the one that looks least like a metal pilot.

What is the yellow lens on the GQUEEN TR90 for?

Dusk, haze and overcast light, where it lifts contrast and blocks very little. It is sold as a night-driving lens and the honest thing to say is that the ophthalmologists are lukewarm on any tinted lens after dark; it is a contrast lens for low light, not a dark lens, and it should not be worn in full sun.

What is the second pair in the GQUEEN retro rectangle box?
